Last updated April 27, 2026

Thinkverse engages the third-party service providers ("subprocessors") listed below to help operate the Service. We require each subprocessor to handle data in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum and applicable law. The "Shares student data" column indicates whether the subprocessor may receive student personal information. This page is updated whenever subprocessors are added, removed, or replaced.

OpenAI
AI tutor responses
When a student sends a message or uploads work, that content is forwarded to OpenAI's API so the model can generate the tutor's reply. We do not send student profile or roster data.

ClassLink
School rostering and single sign-on
The ClassLink counterpart to the Clever integration. Districts using ClassLink can roster students and offer single sign-on; student information flows from ClassLink to Thinkverse — not the reverse.
