Reporting

District-wide growth, adoption, usage benchmarks, and exports.

Org admins get the analytics dashboard rolled up across the whole organization, with filters to slice by school, teacher, classroom, and time period (school year by default). A district view breaks out each school; a School average row makes cross-school comparison honest.

What's on it:

  • Engagement — active students (with a percent-active health color), usage by school week-over-week or month-over-month, sessions created, problems completed, practice time with the AI tutor, and AI interactions.
  • Teacher activity — the adoption view; pair it with the Teachers management page to see who's actually running sessions.
  • Performance — proficiency gain and confidence gain (measured by entry vs. exit tickets), session performance distribution, and a per-student table.
  • A mode switch scopes all of it to assigned sessions, Skill Path, self-practice, or the freeform tutor.

Getting data out

  • Download CSV — the current dashboard view, or a per-student statistics file (proficiency gain, time on platform, questions answered, skills completed, sessions completed).
  • Print PDF — the dashboard as a report.
  • Performance report — batch per-student PDFs for a classroom or the whole org, with date presets from this week to all time.

The other admin job: flagged conversations

When moderation flags something serious in a student's tutor conversation, org admins are emailed alongside the teacher, and the dashboard shows an Action required banner until someone reviews it. The Students page filters to flagged conversations and opens full transcripts.

Teachers see the same report shapes scoped to their own classes — see what each report shows.
