Ask the tutor — that's what it's for, and you won't lose points for it.
The fastest ways in are the quick buttons above the chat: ✨ Check my work,
Help me start, or Can I get a hint? The more of your thinking is on
the whiteboard, the better the help gets — the tutor reads your work, not your
mind. If you've missed twice, it'll usually offer to break the problem into
smaller steps with you.
If the problem itself seems broken — it won't accept anything you write, or
the screen is frozen — tell your teacher so they can flag it.

A few things to check:
Right button? Schools differ — some use Google, some Clever or
ClassLink, some an email and password. See
how do I sign in.
Right email? Password sign-in only works with the email your teacher
put on the roster.
New account? You need a class code from your teacher — the login page
has an I have a class code box.
Still stuck? Ask your teacher — they can see whether you're on the class
roster.

Thinkverse needs an internet connection — it doesn't work offline.
If you're online and it still won't load, try Chrome or Safari on a computer
or iPad, then tell your teacher if it keeps happening.
Still need a hand?
Email the support team and we’ll get back to you, or book time with us to walk through it together.
