Getting started

What Thinkverse is and how your child signs in.

Thinkverse is an AI math tutor. Your child works problems, and the tutor responds to their reasoning — asking questions and offering the next step rather than handing over the answer.

It covers mathematics today, with other subjects planned. It's designed to sit alongside what a school already teaches, not replace it.

There are two situations:

Your child's school uses Thinkverse

They sign in the way the school set up — often a Clever or ClassLink button, sometimes an email and password. Their teacher is the right person to ask, and the right person to fix a sign-in that stopped working.

You signed up as a family

After checkout, you and each child get a separate welcome email — subject "Welcome to Thinkverse Homeschool!" — each with a personal link to set a password (six characters minimum).

Three things to know about those emails:

  • Each link expires after 24 hours. If one has lapsed, email support@thinkverse.co and we'll send a fresh one.
  • The children's emails go to their addresses, not yours — so make sure each child can open their inbox.
  • Check spam if nothing arrives; the sender is a thinkverse.net address.

Once the password is set, your child signs in at app.thinkverse.co with their email and password. You sign in the same way with yours, and land on the parent dashboard — see the parent dashboard.

Thinkverse for families is priced per learner:

  • Monthly — $19/month for the first learner, then $9/month for each additional learner.
  • Annual — $132/year for the first learner, then $60/year for each additional learner (the better deal if you'll use it past a few months).

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required up front, but you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing — see billing and cancelling.

Signing up

Start at app.thinkverse.co/homeschool. Three steps:

  1. Your email — this becomes the parent account.
  2. Your learners — an email address for each child, and the textbook or curriculum they're working from. You can add up to 20 learners, and add or remove learners later.
  3. Pick monthly or annual, then check out.

Two things worth knowing before you fill it in:

  • Each child needs their own email address — that's how their account and their welcome link are delivered.
  • Use an email of yours that isn't already a Thinkverse teacher or student account for the parent step; the checkout will tell you if it's taken.

After payment, you and each child get a welcome email to set passwords — see how your child signs in.
